Anyone handy with Excel?

Hi guys,
Is anyone here handy with mircosoft Excel? I've got 20,000 rows of data I'm trying to sort through by identifying trends etc. I need to know if there are any functions that can help me. I know a few but have a few Q's how to use them best.
