Anyone help??

Hi everyone, i've just joined and have a 182 Cup. I've got a slight knocking noise from the front offside wheel. I've heard that the Cup's can suffer from suspension problems? It sounds like a 'knocking' noise that can be heard more at low speed. Do you think it could be a track rod etc? Has anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Could be a number of things possibly the shock or strut but best getting it looked at or any friends with mechanical experience too look at it
