Anyone know this RB 182 on ebay

Hi all thinking of having a look at a RB 182 on eBay from Carlisle looks to be in mint condition and well looked after, up for £3250 is this a little over priced any thoughts would be appreciated as it will be my first Clio,sorry but don't know how to link the eBay add.
