Either brake or clutch pedal switch i think.

I found a similar purple connector a while back when I first bought my car, I think it might be the CD multi-changer plug?

I have it on mine... & over by the Dash illuminator switch....... so im thinking its plugs for the ESP traction on model's with it.

s**t, can you make a clio that doesnt have traction control, have it? that would be feckin awesome. im guessing some other things would have to be changed with the drive at front and rear tho :/

Pretty sure that plug is dangling down on my cup aswell not plugged into anything.

Yup same as mine...... mine has the two plugs. its not a plug for a changer either.

Looks like the plug for a clutch switch - useful if you want to retrofit cruise control to your car...
