Anyone Near Swansea today?

hey guys, just wonderin if anyone who reads this is near swansea and free today, need some help wireing the power cable from the batt to my amp, done everything but this!! just stuck lol got the sub in, amp, new head unit and this is stoping me finishing lol

or some simple advice whould also be cool

gettin the power cable from the engine bay through into the car, thats it like, just cant seem to find a way!

There should be a grommet near the bonnet release cable which you just need to push the wire through..

Yep take it through the bonnet release cable grommet

I found a hole up behind the glovebox. There was a little rubber grommet and I just pushed the wire through there.

i could see that, but on the wire there is this huge fuse holder which doesn;t fit through, then ive tried to get my hand behind the washer bottle, and there is just no give to even see the other wires coming though, do you have to remove anything?

Push the wire through the other way?? :S Like from the engine bay and into the car.

The fuse holder needs to be as close to the battery as possible.

There should be the fuse holder at one end and nothing at the other?

My fuse holder is sitting in my engine bay somewhere, so push through the other end!

ye but i cant see the hole where the bonnet relese cable goes through from the engine, i can only see it when i stick my head under the glove box lol when i look into the engine bay, there is no room for my hand to go down behind the engine, where the wire goes

^ It's probably a very tight squeeze lol

I pushed through a piece of wire with a small screwdriver from the inside out, then tied the small wire to the cable that has to go the amp and pulled it through from the inside..

If I'm honest, I found the hole and got my mate to do it. I couldn't do it either! pmsl!!
