Anyone recommend iPhone battery booster pack type device?

It's good, I usually get one day of use from the iPhone internal battery, the Juice Pack will charge the iPhone battery almost fully and give me another day use. Does make it a bit bigger and heavier but covers up the f**ked back casing.
