Anyone running smaller tyres on the back?

  1.2 Dynamique billabong
isnt is a case of running wide wheels on the front rather that smaller ones on the back, just to get the power down on heavily tuned front wheel drive cars

  Clio 99' 1.2
Quite possibly, but the torque from a K20a isn't exactly huge about 180 lbs-ft?
Its probably more due to braking load over the front being much greater.

I think having higher side-walls out back would create more lateral grip as they would distort more before giving up. Having smaller out front would improve initial turn in response or bite.

It confuses me how R15s are used on track clios, while the S1600 use R17s
Ktecs car uses 15's on track and 17's on the road;

I'm just wandering what would be ideal or clios,perhaps;

F 205/45/R15 = 565mm Di
R 185/50/R15 = 566mm Di
