Anyone used replacement Jazooli screens?

Dropped my 4S this morning and shattered the screen.

As its way out of warranty I thought I would change the screen.

Anyone used Jazooli replacement screens? Look like a popular option on eBay.

Will get one with digitizer attached.

Is is hard to change?
