Anyone very good with PHP?

I'm not bad when it comes to websites, but i like to keep it simple and clean by just using HTML and CSS, however - im interested in starting a very simple 'gaming league', nothing fancy - just a table with a points system that works and creates fixtures.

What would be the best way of going about this?

best bet is to google something like phpnuke and see if there is a module available for it. save coding it from nowt
