anyone with a 172 and decat

  172 cup'd extreme
right people, been having probs with my engine management light coming on, on the clip it shows up throttle possition sensor and pre cat llambda sensor, replaced both with brand new ones ok for 3 weeks and car running sweet, now the light is back on.
now who has a decat and if so have you unplugged the second sensor?
reason why i ask is when i unplug mine i seem to use more fuel and the car runs sh*te!
thanks for any info

I've had my de-cat on my Cup for about 2 years with both sensors plugged in and its been fine (touches wood) Why are you uplugging the second sensor if it runs ok with them both in?

  Volvo S60 T5
mine runs fine with the de-cat (but I'm sure I got sent a sports cat by mistake), both sensors connected and emissions are as it would be for a car with a cat fitted.
Cant say Ive had a problem with mine.

You don't need the second sensor it usualy causes the emmisions light to come on so unplug it it makes no difference to power.
