Anyone's else struggling to find genuine aux belt tensioner?

I've now ordered a genuine aux belt kit from three different suppliers (2 eBay, or K-Tec) and all have replied saying they do not have one in stock.

I desperately need a genuine Renault tensioner kit so I can get my car back on the road so any suggestions of where else to try?

There is an SKF kit for £54.90 listed but no idea who actually makes the tensioner.

Just a thought, I'm considering doing it as my aux belt is due and I don't use the aircon anyway

Aux kits are on back order so guess the tensioners are out of stock nationally
