Anything else to look out for except the dephaser on a 182??

Evening Everyone!
Just started looking for 182, something around 60-80k miles ish (which will suit my budget)
Im not new to cars as ive have had plenty of motors and mainly Ford lol but ive liked the 182 for a while now
Just want a nice clean 182 with the dephaser and main bits done, just wondered if there was anything else to look out for please??
Want something standard ish that i can use as and when i like as it wont be a daily driver and be kept away and looked after
I think there going to start going up in price soon enough so would be nice to have a little fun and look after it and also know it will be the same price whenever i decide to sell in the future
Any info would be great

^^ as said if you own a 1#2 you need a membership on here.
Don't buy any car that has not had both cam and aux belts done by a specialist and you can see recipet and phone to confirm its been done.
If not you will either have a 182 that makes 140bhp and/or need to replace the engine when it snaps.
Or make sure you have 600 quid spare for the belts to be done.
Apart from that there just check for the normal things you would when buying a car.
