No...the willy engine is chipped and he has a straight through de-cat exhaust throwing out flames for fun. He has also got a modified airbox which he did himself. I was the passenger on some of his runs and the car pulls very hard in third and fourth.

I dont get close to this with my Williams using my AP22. Can someone give me the settings you are using?

Cheers,

Rhys

Adi what are the settings? this is the only thing i question, it has been taken straight from PADDY like this, i didnt touch the settings so paddy will know what the settings are if he touched them

The 0-60 time seems too good to be true mate. What dyou reckon?

Best time i got in my standard 16v with a pass with a stopwatch was 7.8 on a flat road. There is 1 of those AP22s on e-bay me thinks.

His is a Modified Williams Engine.. its going to be quicker.

I can vouch for Adis Clio being quick..

Yep, me knows, jus must be a very good un to do 0-60 sub 7 seconds with chip, Xorst, IK though. :cool:

Let me know how u fair against a 172 next time u race 1 clean. ;)

cant remember what the seetings were, all i know is when i tried it with Adis AP22 it was accurate to within 1 tenth of a second! Pretty accurate id say.

  clio 20v

the only thing that makes a differance to the timing is the tilt factor

its set at .11 i think which is about right maybe could do with coming down a bit with the stiffer coilovers

fuk about with the settings and take an average

adi

so should i set it to higher then .11? adi was running with it aswell and was getting around the 7s, dipping under in to the 6s on good starts and that is what his car does, if anything it is faster then that so i reckon the settings are right. basically his car has been timed at 6.6 to sixty with REAL timing equipment and mine was up there with him on the many runs we tried although grip was a major problem

ps the ap22 is durrently not turning on. was fine using it last night, woke up this morning and it wont turn on, does it take batteries?

well when khany was in the car with his stop watch he got 15.9 0-100, the ap-22 showed 17.8 or somat so just shows how far out the stopwatch thing can be!

What do your speedos say when the AP22 updates to 100mph? Mine reads about 108 mph using my AP22! It seems to be 8% out the whole way through the range.

my speedo read as 95 mph when i ran my 1/4 mile, tmimg slip said 91. a lot of people questioned their terminal speed.

updates to 100? what do you mean? what is my speedo saying when ap22 says 100 complete? will check it out and post

Yes, say youre doing 0-100mph, every 10mph the AP22 will update what it says on the screen. Get a passenger to keep an eye on speedo and ap22 and when the ap22 flicks to 100mph, quickly look over at the speedo needle and see where it is.

id say it was quite accurate, speedo will be out anyway and we dont know how long after the ap thinks uve past a certain speed before it displays it

according to book 0.11 is sports suspension 0.15 is around normal rd car suspension down to like 0.2 for race car solid suspension, it does affect ur times changing this so i used to mess with it and take an average

the settings are,

mass=1100kg.

CdA= 0.790

roll resistance 0.030

tilt factor=0.009

roll factor=0.011

smoothing=0.004

is that what you had Rhys? gonna change them to the settings given on the cliosport homepage now cos that mass seems a little high?
