Apple Mac/Router problem

My GF has the same router as me... connected up all fine, but when i got back to mine, Its as though the mac has erased my router off it and replaced it with hers (so changed to her wep password etc). To get it to work at mine i had to delete her router, and add mine again... is there anyway to add them as two seperate networks/making the mac realise that they aren't the same?

Change the SSID on one of them so that it is identified with a unique name.

SSID? Is that just the name of network? Like both of ours are called Belkin54g. If i was to change mine to.. Home Network would that work?

Yeah that identifies the router on the network so call it something different.
