Apple Refunds

If I bought an iPhone from Apple, which was delivered today, and I wanted to refund, whats the score with that?

As I've looked at returning it via the self service on apples site and its showing the value of the phone pre-VAT, is that what they refund you?? I don't want to be out of pocket.....

So i'd get the £449 I paid for it, rather than the £382 they are showing? I worry as theres no mention of VAT....
