What sort of bhp can I expect from my 172?
I have fitted:
Janspeed decat, induction kit with cold air feed, Breather filter(if that does owt?)

i think we should sue renault if the car does not do 172 as standard then surely we require some money back..it mentions 172 bhp exact from renault figures not quoting flywheel etc etc

Unless you fancy removing the engine and sticking it on a dyno and having all the Aux belts off as they are taking power at th end of the day and paying a fortune then there no point.

Edde, isn't PS measured with all the accessories on? Back in the old days of big American V8s supposedly generating huge amounts of horsepower it was measured with a bare motor. But not these days?

I thought it was 172PS not BHP that they claim. They should put out just under 170bhp

The CUp would have been rechecked if that were true as it has no air con pump.
