Are Coilerovers Better??

Well, i bought my car with some huge alloys on, and decided to get rid and get the 172 alloys.

Its been lowered 40mm, but i think its a bit to high.

Was gona get some 60mm springs to put on the bilsteins but i was wondering if it would work out better just getting coilovers.

What are the advantages??

If you can afford them, then i'd go for coilovers everytime.
