Are these worth swapping

I am in contact with a guy who is looking to swap a set of 16" OZ alloys for my 17" STR RSGT Alloys.
These are my alloys

And these are the OZ alloys

Both alloys have minor scratches and all good tread.
Are they worth swapping with each other?

Yup, they're a pain in the bum to clean!!! But they look nicer.

The OZ are Supertirismo's - the original ones, not the GT ones.

its got to be down to personal preference, the looks are completely different between the two, so only you can decide.
for me, im not keen on either.
