Punto/Clio GTT
tried installing 2 different drivers and all i get is this during set up, any ideas what to do?

tried installing 2 different drivers and all i get is this during set up, any ideas what to do?

Make sure you have .Net Framework 1.1 installed as well. The Catalyst drivers won't work off .Net Framework 2.0 alone - they need the older version too.

ok sorted it, i didnt reboot pc after uninstall of old drivers. jus gonna run another stress test now n benchmark, see if ive gained any fps :S

hmm ok, results.
Old Omega Drivers (1024x768) - 50.62 FPS
2nd Newest ATI Driver (1024x768) - 55.18 FPS
Newest ATI Driver (1024x768) - 52.68 FPS
all tests were done with nothing else open just the test and straight after a reboot. Can FPS vary like that test from test or did the drivers change those framrates slightly? i aint too worried about rolling back for 3fps just for future reference, cheers

Are you using the 6.4 version of Catalyst drivers?
