Audio Problems

  Renault Clio 1.2 Dyn
Hi ppl,

I've got a 1.2 2002 clio and need an upgrade of the standard speakers.

With up to £250 to spend I want some good sounding front speakers plus tweeters but because I cant have a sub in the boot i'm not sure what the best way is to get some bass?!? Can anyone help?

I got offered a package at unicar of a 4channel 800w Blaupunkt amp (£99-Was £180), some Focal 13cm speakers with tweeters and crossover (£110) and fitting for £90 = £299. Is this a good deal or can I do it the same for cheaper with any other makes??

Also I've heard that I might be able to cut away behind my door speakers to fit 17cm? Is this true? and if so, is this wise to do so for extra bass?

Any help Cheers

I play ice hockey a lot and my hockey bag fills the boot which makes it a bit awkward plus if i'm taking another lad then i have to throw the back seats down so it's just door speakers I can change with the room i have available!
