Auto leveling

Hello

So I have a Clio Trophy, and changed the bulbs to nightvision extreme, and made the discovery one of the plugs on the back of the headlights that controls the auto leveling had melted together. So now it is disconnected untill i can fix it, but i seem to be dazzling other drivers. Now i am not sure if it is because the lights are that much brighter, or because the one side is not auto leveling,, does it make that much difference? or is there a manual adjustment i can play with to dip down untill i can find the right plug ?

Pop the bonnet and look behind the headlights, there should be a white adjuster on them that you can get an allen key in to adjust them with.
