I can't see the lights doing that much tbh.

Yeah maybe not a massive difference but look at those photos the car with the lights on is easier to see than without, and since it costs very little to have lights on might as well.
Might help someone spot you on the way to work when they have been out the night before and are still drunk :dead:

Hi,

I have the Clio 172 RS 2002 and was wondering about the auto headlights. I had hears the MK2's had them but on mine I don't seem to be able to find out how to activate the feature - at the moment they don't turn on when it becomes dark. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, the windscreen wipers don't seem to come on automatically like I hears they should.

Wipers you need to set each time you use the car. Choose Position one of the stalk which will do one sweep of the screen. If it rains on the journey they should work then.

Lights - Sounds like they need to be set to auto.

Engine off, turn the ignition on. Turn the end of the light stalk from off to sidelights twice. You should hear two bleeps to confirm.
