I had a stone chip done by them a couple of months back and although it could still be seen it was repaired and covered by their warranty. Today randomly i look up and the chip has developed a crack from either side of it a couple of inches either side. I rang up and received a call back from my local place who said that it may not be covered by them as 'it was a double chip' i had to ask her what this ment as i do not remember anything about it, and stupidly cannot find any of my paper work for the repair (i did not do it through insurance, i paid by myself + i don't have windscreen cover).
They advised to book it in with them for them to take a look at it so i'm going to go through to their sheffield branch tomorrow to see what they say.
Just wondered if anyone else had an experience with a failed repair and how it went along? I'll post up tomorrow on what they say.
