AVI files

Anyone know how to play them? i've had one or two that have played but most of the time they just say 'aquiring codec' and then say 'aquired' and then just plays the sound!!! I'm trying to play them in media player. anyone help?

^^ Yeah get VLC player and use that to play all your videos, it will literally play anything you throw at it.
