Back Bumper Strip Removal

I need to know how to take of the strip on the back bumber of my clio dynamique, i am getting them colourcoded to the car.

Any idea how to do this with out taking off the back bumper, or will i need to take it off?

I dont think it comes off mate, get a 172 bumper instead

Think you just gently pop it out with a flat head screwdriver.....
