Bad case of the swirls

I have a black 172 and it has really bad swirls on it, it looks awful in certain types of light ! I washed it this morning and the sun was on one side of it it looks terrible !

I need to get it sorted any ideas as to where i can take it as i am rubbish when it comes to polishing cars !

Depends where you are in the country. Mids direction I'd suggest Rich or 182_blue and if you are further south Brazo. If you're oop norf Probably best to have a peek on detailing world and see who's recommended.
