Bad earth just popped up

Just fitted new dash loom and all was well, warning/handbrake light was extinguishing. Was getting ready to put dash back in but light is always on now, plugged into clip and its a bad earth. They all look fine and secured, check the others in engine bay just to make sure but fine. Was fitting suspension and had arch liner out so not sure about gearbox earth and only had a quick look but looks completely intact.

Could wires in the dash loom of been damaged while putting things back together to cause this like uch? How can I find out with earth is buggered?

Everything else working ok? Dash lights cycling as they Should? Does car start?

Just checked and car does start, ran it for less than second though because j&r driveshaft touching block and n/s is out of hub, but it did and light extinguished.. Ill sort out both and run longer in a sec

Pedal box wasnt in btw I know I could of just held brake ?

any dash earths off give few issues so unlikely them,

Starts fine and idles but the stop and handbrake light are flickering

It was the brake rez sensor, the mc was angled down a bit... ?

95% of electrical issues i've come across have been a cheap simple fix, it's just finding them that's the pain in the bum!!
