BADGES ON BOOT

Does anyone know where i can get the spongey sticky stuff that is originally used to put the bagdes on.? The badges are coming back from being sprayed and i dont want to glue them on please help

hardware shop should do it on a roll mate, thats wher i got mine then just cut it to size
