badges on the boot.

Car  Clio MK 4
I'm thinking of taking them off or just adding the new renault sport badge. Was wondering whether they come off easily and if they are glued on or will leave me with a slight hole??

they all come off easy enough - people use fishing line or the likes - Floss etc! and polish the area afterwards! dont forget the clio badge has x2 holes in the boot! so this would need to be sprayed / repaired ;)

heat it up with a hair dyer first i used a credit car to get behind the lettering first. i used ag intense tar remover for mine to remove the glue then polished and stuck the new one on

white spirits works just as good and its only a pound ^ :)

i didnt have any though so thats a £1 too much lol.

its only the clio badge that has the holes the renault badge doesnt

filling it is the only option cost of around 100 pounds + not worth it imo! unless your hit up the rear! ooh er! ;)

yep, its the 'clio'badge that has the holes. 'renault' and 'sport' are just glued. just a hairdrier needed to remove them to melt the glue. i had my clio badge holes filled, smoothed and painted :)

^^ exaclty how i want it. but don't think it worth the extra 100 quid to respray boot. Why would renault glue one badge and not other. bloody french

Doesnt the newer Campus clios have a flush boot........but also I'm not sure if it has a 'holy' clio badge.........and the fact your numberplate needs a home....?
