Just curbed my alloy big time! (for thos of you that saw the thread) it's taken the white paint I put on my tyres the other night as well....not happy...

why do we always do silly things when in a rush, it's sooo annoying!

anyway, anyone know any good refurb places in Surrey?

Doh, it does wind you up, I did mine a while back, luckily I work for a dealers and got it sorted for free!

Well I work for a car dealership and we regulary get wheels sent for refurb or re-colouring and they charge approx £40 per wheel so you'd be looking at that kind of price (as a minimum estimate).

Ryan, if its only the curb damage you want done on one wheel then i can give our quick job bloke a call and he'll prob do it for about £25 quid.
Usually takes about 45 mins or so.

Its not a top quality job as the paint finish on the repair isn't the same as what you'd get using a proper company but he has done one of my alloys and it definitely tidies up the damaged rim and it will definitely be better than what it looks now.

nice one mate, to be honest they alll need a bit doing on them now...have a look at the meet at the weekend and see what ya think...
