Battery Charge?

Hey my car is currently stored but obviously battery is running out now

Is there any device out there that will trickle power into it.. to stop it from going flat?

Let it go flat. Just charge it when you want to restart it, and it'll be fine!

Any idea if a car left on its own for a while not started will create any problems for the engine?

optimate's are good for bikes... not sure if they work with car batteries, with them generally being higher capacity
