Battery Help

my year old car has got to have a new battery now its only a year old and the green light had gone out got it tested and it knackared, is this right? wot could cause this? no amp or sub or nethink runnin off it pure standard?

Dead Cell, if it *is* knackered.

It does happen.



Who tested it? And whats the green light? I know a lot of places do "battery tests" which I think they just check voltage - if its low, they say its dead.. heh.

there a green indactor light on the battery to show when its good, my cousin tested it with a reno battery tester and he tested the amps, suposed to be 330A but it was 228A,

its either not charging right.. or, a cell is down.

Alternator producing enough output?

sounds like a dead cell (lost its electrolyte(sp))

Just buy a new battery, there only 30-40 quid

just cleaned and waxed it so when it goes in i can see anythink they might do like scratches or dents lol
