CHANGES @ BB PERFORMANCE TUNING

Its all change at BBPT in the attempt to further improve services and product range.....
As of the 1st of October 2006 BB Performance Tuning will be restructuring.
Firstly all mailorder, product enquiries and parcel tracking will be soley based through this website www.bbperformancetuning.co.uk or www.bbpt.co.uk (for short) At this time we are also unable to take telephone enquiries and orders for products, please use the website, its easy, safe and secure !
Our aim over the next 12 months is to carry out the following with the website:-
* Improve product range.
* Introduce online fitting manuals and possibly videos to aid fitment of products.
* Add more descriptive text and pictures to complicated products to aid purchase.
* Insert an updateable FAQ section for each model.
* Answer all recieved emails within 48 hrs.
* Send email to customer with parcel tracking details on dispatch.
* Improve order processing, be able to see exactly the status of your order.
* Graphically improve the site and make it easier to use.
Also our workshop services will be trimmed back to allow us to concentrate on more product development and innovation. Over recent years we have found more and more demand for new products and with key members of the company commiting time to oversee duties in a busy workshop environment, its very difficult to allocate, if any time at all to new projects. (At this moment in time all workshop services including rolling road have been put on hold, hence why fitted only items and fitted prices have been temporily removed from the website.
We appologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to serve you parts and products in the future. We would also like to make it very clear that we are not closing the business in any shape or form and are sure this is a better move for us looking to the future and serving you as customers.
On a more positive note, we hope to see alot more exclusive BBPT products and services becoming available overtime and would love to see you on our stands at any shows we are present at over the coming years.
