A slightly longer description of the problem may help....

But "clicks" usually come from hard drives.

Try checking temperatures maybe. If you fear it is your RAM you could try http://www.memtest86.com/

A series of beeps could just be your memory not seated right .

Recently developed issue. Mostly when playing Rome: Total War, but other apps too.

I get a system bleep and a click at the same time and the system reboots. The memory is seated properly, although I was looking at upgrading anyway so this is just forcing my hand really.

I get this Andy too, i think its to do with overheating.

Im not 100% sure though

yeah sounds like overheating. Could be that the gfx card isn't getting enough power. Is the power supply powerful enougn and check that the power connector is plugged into the gfx card. (if it has 1)

Two different broadband USB modems have caused this kinda problem with my home pc. Make sure all drivers are uptodate
