Behind Front Bumper

Hi,

Behind a bumper (front) there is a white bar, what is it called? Where I can buy a new one or a second hand?

Saw them on a breakers shop. Quite expencive tho... cant remember the name

This lads we refer to in the bodyshop as a bumper reinforcer, usually spot welded on or maybe bolted (bolts arnt always easy to get at)
