timing is timing, the space is limited but timing it is the same as most cars, only diffrence is it has friction pulleys and locking tools are needed, same as a clutch, one in an a4 and one in a clio, 2 diffrent jobs, same principle.

Did i say it was like a clutch? im saying its the same principle, jus diffrent than say a rover kseries, still a twin cam engine, only the rover has keyed pulleys and more space, the timing aspec is still the same, only procedues are diffrent, i.e lock the back of the cams, and lock the pulleys and its a tighter gap.
LOL. OK, i'd say i've done roughly 80 of these, you're really simplifying it a hell of a lot, and that's why it's so common for the job to be done wrong.
