You can get a 21" flat panel pc monitor for less than that. Then just get yourself a crappy tuner / skybox / freeview and a scart->vga converter

I've got a Viewsonic VX2025wm 20" wide screen monitor which is great but you'd need a tv tuner to go with it.

If I were you though I'd get a Samsung 23" HDTV for and extra £50

Was out a few weeks back when the world cup was on, and was priced @ £699, I nearly bought it then. But now they are putting back on sale, to get rid of remaining stock and slashing £200 off to price.
