  172 cup, Impreza P1
Depends on budget. ;)

Got kw v2's and like them but AST's are also good but a lot more expensive.

I found the v2's too soft at the rear for track work really. I got the rear dampers re-valved and had custom rear springs made to improve it. It's absolutely brilliant now though and doesn't require a gum shield for the drive home!!

The ast's are available in a track spec straight out the box, but from what I've heard the customer service is something else to be desired unfortunately.

As Cupman29 says though, what's your budget??

ASTs are a nice bit of kit. Never had any issues with getting stuff from Curtis to be fair :)

I should have put budget up :fail:

Didn't want to spend much more than say £850 if possible.

I've got the Spax RSX kit on another car but it's a road car. Just wondered if there was anything else out there that would suit. Just to clarify this will see no road mileage at all.

I'll be using it for the track day trophy series. It's only a novice series and just 5 rounds per year. I've got other car stuff going on and can't justify that much money on the AST's (if you can get them)

Suspension is what makes you quick, sell other not so needed stuff to fund better suspension. This is what I'm doing on my race car, had AST 1's but having been offered a good price on them I'll now be pursuing AST 2's.

Havent you got KW V2's James?

Didnt realise you were having problems :( Will have to go & read your thread for updates ...
Yes Dave I have but they broke at Anglesey and now all the companies I speak to tell me they shouldn't be used on a racing car so it's back to the drawing board at the moment!

I think would be great on the road and trackday's but they obviously didn't take well to me abusing them

Thought the KW stuff was supposed to be the bees testicles? Unlucky Ash :(

Similar to nick am swapping out sportline ones for twos to make the most of them being modular/upgradeable :)
