ive used onestopfone shop twice first time they were great second time sh*t, my new fone fuc*ed up and they told me i would have to take it in to car phone ware house(as there linked together) but when i went there they kept telling me they were not responcable to repair my fone, cut long story short had to pay another shop to repair my fone and lost a month worth of my contract,

All new phones have 1 year manufacturers warranty surely, even Clearance phones have this too. Should have contacted handset manufacturer online and they would tell you nearest repair centre.
