Its a 6k car if all the suspension inc bushes, brakes and tyres are all either oem or oem+ and new within the last 1k miles or so, and of course on turinis not those council wheels. Paint work is very clean, inside too and engine bay is spotless with powder coated inlets, fuel rail and other little bits. Also Id hope that the underside is clean and arches look fairly fresh too. Also mileage means jack

my guess was its an import so has an aftermarket alarm fitted

Yes the pad went in the bin lol- it has never touched the ground lol- apart from when its bin fodder !!

You get a soft pad and a bag of sand to pour into it as and when you feel it's not cutting well enough
