Whichever one you want really you won't notice a power increase with any just a nice noise.

Drill before the filter and no it won't damage it.

Try not to forget that with drilling the air box OR with an open induction kit, you will experience some sort of heat soak. It's more than likely going to decrease performance and increase fuel usage. Simply because the noise is good yes? so more foot down action.

Personaly i'd suggest you leave well alone. Enclosed induction kits only and even then not on a 1.2 im afraid.
