Best induction kit for RT

hey people, looking to get an induction kit for my new 1994/1995 Clio 1.4 RT, just wondering what would be the best one to buy? I dont want to lose ANY power so a small gain and some noise would be good but for a fairly cheap price (say under or around £150ish)

Any ideas?

dont bother gettin an open IK because of the position of it sitting atop the engine u will just be sucking in hot air therefore loosing performance

for slight perfromance gains just change the existing filter in your air box.

you wont get any noise increase with a panel filter !! The only way youll get a slight gain in power and noise is a sealed IK like a pipercross viper, BMC CDA or similar and these are £200+ !! Either save up for a viper or get a panel filter!

or get a Induction Kit and a bonnet vent

i personally wouldnt spend £200+ on something that will give u about 2BHP increase you might as well get an exhaust system

no they dont a viper for the 1.4

Hill power do a kit with sum kind of heat shield,

if all ur after is a throaty noise then get an open ik.

if ur bothered about performance get a panel filter.

im not sure anyone does a closed ik for the 1.4 rt . i know wen i had mine a year ago they didnt.

green filters are good, get hold of a copy of fast car or sumut like that or go down motorworld or halfords or your local car place, theyll be able to advise you mate.
