Best Insurer

I am not after who is the cheapest, just want to know the horror stories that some insurers have created.

Example would be when modifications are not covered like for like when they say they were.

Customer service, sending out confirmation of mods, I have never had any from my insurer. Really want to get a friendlier one.

its all going to depend on peoples experiences .... 7 in 10 people will tell about a bad experience but only 1 in 10 will tell of good. Fact (im sure ive got the figures right ?)

ive been with them for three years but who would be happy all your doing is giving money to someone your never see again it should be call incase s**t incase s**t happens if s**t dont happen surely i should get some of my money back:S

well thats the purpose of insurance hence no money back ... if your wanting money back and to be legal have insurance and an isa ! ... p.s. i dont recomend abby.
