Best make to stretch

Best tyres to stretch? Ive got 16x7.5 with 195 40s on it now. I need them for weekend and I was thinking about 165 45 but can only get them in nangkangs?

anyone used these? or any recommendations?

i'd stay well clear of the ditch sniffers, if their the only 165 available i'd stick with 195's and go for a decent tyre or buy wider wheels if you really want stretch
