Best oil

Hi All, what oil is everyone using for trackdays in the 182's with an oil cooler fitted ?

Personally, I use Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 supplied by Opie Oils, very reputable oil experts, and only 20 minutes away from me!

I know some others play around with the weight/viscosity of their engine oils.
