Best parking ever (NOT!)

This has to be one of the stupidest places to park ive ever seen, was staying in a hotel in dublin at the weekend and parked in the carpark, checked out next day to find this, i mean how could anyone think thats a sensible place to leave the car lol, mad oh and even better it had L plates to top it off

Lol was in a hurry so i went upto the reception again and said some arsehole has parked infront of me and i cant get out, can you find out who owns it, the guy at the desk says what car is it, i said a blue bloody punto.... never guess what he said Oooh thats mine ill move it now... ill not repeat my reaction lol
Never thought of cutting the handbrake lol i had my tools in the boot too! maybe next time
