I bought mine from renault...

Be careful with ebay, halfords etc, as some look the same, but the clips on the back are different so they wont fit. Also, they turn yellow!

I got some of the smoked side repeaters from http://www.body-kit.co.uk/acatalog/renault_megane_side_repeaters.html .

They look bob on , but i had to file a little bit off the back to get them to fit , only took 2 mins though
