Craig will do you the best work out their IMO.

Only need uprated valve springs if your running substantially beefier cams, i.e cat 422's

as said highly recommend Craig (stan*) @ ap developements, recently rebuilt my head along with port work and gas flowing etc etc. no problems at all:D

i *believe* his services to fully rebuild and fully gas flow a cylinder head is now 650. Worth every penny imo (from what ive seen of when my engine was running and numerous numbers of friends who have heads done by him).

Worth the extra over other companies anyday imo.

What are the advantages of this work?

My aux belt went and we find out tomorrow if its caused valve damage. If they all need replacing i might look at getting something upgraded whilst im at it!

Lol open a can of worms why not! Many many (and generally poorer tuners), will gas flow heads for peak power, high valve lifts e.t.c, this can lead a piss poor engine.

From memory expect around 5% - 10% (could be wrong!) gains in flow accross pretty much the entire rev range, which will be a directly proportional increase in torque and power. It doesnt sound a lot, but it makes all the difference.

Craig will make the head bespoke to you, you tell him if you want a gas flowed head for rally race engine, or a head for a road car and he will do as per your needs. Most cheaper engine tuners will be scratching their head by now going ... "so you want a stage 1 head yeah?" :p

Sabre heads. Done all the stuff for me and my brother and its flawless. Quick turnaround and 'reasonably' priced.

ap developments seem to be the guys to go for , someone who has knowledge with clio heads rather than a companie that just port/poilish's head , at least if you go to a companie that specialise in head work on clio's you will see the best gains

Yeah, I used Ric for my inlets. Great chap, knows his stuff. Not cheap mind, but the CNC setup they have their is wicked.
