Apex aren't great, Eibach springs much better.

As for shocks, Koni adjustables.

Although you can get vmaxx coilovers for less.

koni are £450 -£500 with or without springs, eibachs are £120 or so.

vMaxx are about £400 I think and come with springs obviously.

Lol, wouldn't go that far! They are meant to be good, if not a match for H&R etc. But given the price, they wouldn't be.

I've been in and followed Fletchers car on H&Rs on tricky roads and there's not much in it all.

i got koni on my 172 i am well happy with them

i got eibachs on them and i well happy with how it drives

I've been in and followed Fletchers car on H&Rs on tricky roads and there's not much in it all.

But that doesn't take into account build quality, longevity etc. And until they are tested to the limit, you can't compare them to H&R IMO.
