Best Twitter Client?

I've heard good things about Seesmic.

Tweetdeck for pc, tweetie for mac, not sure if tweetie do pc now or not...

Tweetie does it for me. Mac and iphone based.

I used Twitterific for the iPhone for ages until I started tweeting more often then found my self using TweetDeck on the iPhone and computer..
